How many times do you look back and wish you had held the lid on the steaming pot? How many times did you need to count to 20. I ask you what I ask myself – are things truly that insurmountable? Of course not. Perhaps we have too much time allotted for the freak out, and considerably less devoted to the calm appraisal. Take that moment. Breathe that breath. And respond to stressful situations with the same grace that you would want afforded to you. Let resilience guide you, not reaction.
