Turning the clock back to reminisce over what might have been, lament over what was not is akin to believing that your past designs on your life were somehow better or correct from the outset. To despair is to lay claim to history as more perfect than your present. Are we to believe that our younger self had a better template for us than our present-day self? Are we to somehow believe the dreams of today pale in comparison to the ones of yore? Certainly not. The trials and winding roads we will have already traversed are neither better nor more instructive than the ones we have yet to travel. So, strap in and journey on, reveal new truths and realize new dreams along a storied life that is every bit as potent and magical as the one you may have fashioned years ago. It will never be too late.
